Concrete Tile re-roof

We recently completed this two-story concrete tile roof with a lot of details. The roof had quite a few smaller roofs, which almost always add to the difficulty of the job. Our 3 man crew performed a full lift and reset, replacing the old #40 felt and batons with new Fontana G-40 Underlayment and new batons. The roof is about 35 squares, and it took our crew four days to complete the task. The tile used was “Lifetile,” which is now discontinued, so we had to use Eagle “S” tiles as replacements for any broken ones. Despite the challenges, we were able to deliver a successful outcome for the client.
