We recently completed a project involving a patio roof. Our work included replacing nearly all of the 2X8 fascia boards and installing appropriate wood on the overhang area. We faced a few challenges tying into tile sections of the roof, but we were able to overcome them successfully. The job was completed within a single workday using a self-adhered SBS modified roof system, which offers an affordable and durable solution. With an expected lifespan of 12-15 years, this roof is sure to provide reliable protection for years to come.
